Terms & Conditions

•Deposit & Payments: The deposit for each project (save the dates, invitations, or others) is 50% of the entire order. The deposit is due at the time of your order, Digital design will not begin without the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total amount due for the event invitations and or other products. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full before printing.

•Proofing: It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any error. That includes: spelling, layout, website URLS, dates, phone numbers, directions, etc. Once you give your final approval any errors are corrected at your expense.

•Design Property: All designs and concepts are property of RGV Invitations. RGV Invitations retains all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.

•Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the personalization of each project, All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Términos y condiciones:

​•Depósito y pagos: el depósito para cada proyecto (reserva la fecha, invitaciones u otros) es del 50 % del pedido total. El depósito debe abonarse al momento de realizar el pedido. El diseño digital no comenzará sin el depósito. El depósito se aplicará al monto total adeudado por las invitaciones al evento u otros productos. El depósito no es reembolsable. El saldo restante debe abonarse en su totalidad antes de imprimir.

•Pruebas: es su responsabilidad revisar cuidadosamente las pruebas para detectar cualquier error. Eso incluye: ortografía, diseño, URL de sitios web, fechas, números de teléfono, direcciones, etc. Una vez que dé su aprobación final, se corregirán los errores a su cargo.

•Propiedad del diseño: todos los diseños y conceptos son propiedad de RGV Invitations. RGV Invitations se reserva todos los derechos para usar los diseños preliminares y completos con fines de exhibición o para otros clientes, a pedido.

•Reembolsos/cancelaciones: debido a la personalización de cada proyecto, todas las ventas son finales. NO HAY REEMBOLSOS NI CAMBIOS.
